Public Notice for inviting online applications for JEE (Main)-2021

The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE (Main) comprises of two papers. The Paper1 is conducted for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/B. Tech) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Institutions/Universities funded/recognized by participating State Governments, as well as an eligibility test for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. The JEE (Main)-2021 is being conducted in multiple Sessions (February/March/April/May) for admissions in the next academic session. The candidates will thus benefit in the following ways:- (1) This will give multiple opportunities to the candidates to improve their scores in the examination if they are not able to give their best in the one attempt. (2) This will reduce the chances of dropping a year and droppers would not have to waste a full year. (3) In case a candidate has Board Examination in a particular month, or is unable to appear due to COVID-19, the candidate can choose a different month to take the JEE (Main)-2021. (4) A candidate need not appear in all the four Sessions. However, if candidate appears in more than one Session then his/her best of the 2021 NTA Scores will be considered for preparation of Merit List/ Ranking. (5) Keeping in mind various decisions taken by various Boards across the country regarding amendments in the syllabus, NTA has decided that the question paper will contain 90 questions, in which the candidate will have to attempt a total of 75 questions. The choice will be given in Section B (numerical), which will not have any negative marking.

JEE Main 2021 Exam: जेईई मेन 2021 परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले छात्र परीक्षा की तारीखों का लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे थे. लेकिन अब छात्रों का इंतजार खत्म हो गया है. शिक्षा मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक (Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank') ने जेईई मेन परीक्षा 2021 की तारीखों की घोषणा कर दी है. शिक्षा मंत्री ने बताया है कि नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी इस साल जेईई मेन 2021 की परीक्षा साल में 4 बार यानी 4 सत्रों में आयोजित करेगी. जेईई मेन 2021 की परीक्षा  फरवरी, मार्च , अप्रैल और मई में आयोजित की जाएगी. फरवरी सत्र की परीक्षा 23 फरवरी से 26 फरवरी तक आयोजित होगी. 

इस वर्ष, जेईई मेन 2021 परीक्षा के चक्रों की संख्या, प्रश्न पत्र में क्षेत्रीय भाषा को शामिल करने, परिवर्तित परीक्षा पैटर्न, परीक्षा केंद्र की बढ़ी हुई संख्या जैसे बड़े बदलाव देखने को मिलेंगे। हर साल लगभग 8-9 लाख उम्मीदवार IIT, NIT, अन्य केंद्रीय रूप से वित्तपोषित तकनीकी संस्थानों (CFTI), संस्थानों / विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा वित्त पोषित / मान्यता प्राप्त / राज्य सरकारों में भाग लेने के लिए प्रवेश लेने के इच्छुक जेईई मेन्स के लिए पंजीकरण करते हैं। परीक्षा के कई चक्र उम्मीदवारों के लिए कई अवसर प्रदान करेंगे जेईई मेन 2021 एक वर्ष में चार बार आयोजित किया जाएगा। परीक्षा फरवरी, मार्च, अप्रैल और मई में आयोजित की जाएगी। यह छात्रों को उनकी गलतियों और कमजोर क्षेत्रों को जानकर उनके स्कोर में सुधार के लिए कई अवसर प्रदान करेगा और परीक्षा के अगले चक्र में इस पर काम करेगा। जेईई मेन 2021 के लिए नया परीक्षा पैटर्न शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि एनटीए ने जेईई मेन के लिए नया परीक्षा पैटर्न तैयार किया है। उम्मीदवारों को 90 प्रश्नों में से केवल 75 का जवाब देना होगा। यह 15 ऑब्जेक्टिव टाइप के प्रश्न होंगे जिनके लिए कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं होगा।   अंतिम जेईई मेरिट सूची या ऑल इंडिया रैंकिंग कैसे तैयार की जाएगी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के अनुसार, छात्र की सर्वश्रेष्ठ 2021 NTA स्कोर की मेरिट सूची / रैंकिंग तैयार करने के लिए विचार किया जाएगा। जेईई मेन 13 क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में आयोजित किया जाएगा मंत्री ने कहा कि पहली बार, जेईई मेन अंग्रेजी और हिंदी के अलावा 13 क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में आयोजित किया जाएगा। एक वर्ष में कई बार जेईई मेन्स के संचालन के लाभ एक वर्ष में जेईई मेन चार बार आयोजित करने से उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में अपने स्कोर में सुधार करने के लिए कई बार अवसर मिलेगा। पूरे शैक्षणिक वर्ष को बर्बाद किए बिना पहले प्रयास में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ देने में विफल रहने वाले छात्रों की रैंकिंग अच्छी होगी। पहले प्रयास में, छात्रों को परीक्षा देने का पहला अनुभव प्राप्त होगा और उन्हें अपनी गलतियों का पता चलेगा जिसे वे अगली बार प्रयास करते समय सुधार सकते हैं। इससे एक साल ड्रॉप करने की संभावना कम हो जाएगी और ड्रॉपर को पूरा साल बर्बाद नहीं करना पड़ेगा। यदि नियंत्रण से परे कारणों के कारण किसी को भी परीक्षा याद आती है, तो उसे पूरे एक वर्ष तक प्रतीक्षा नहीं करनी होगी।
